In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an active Account.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or through any technology designed to mask your true geographic location, including but not limited to virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or Tor browsers.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of pr555 or any of its affiliated entities, partners, or service providers.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or any other form of gaming restriction that would prohibit your participation on the Platform.
• You must not have had a previous pr555 Account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria above are satisfied. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your continued use of the Platform remains lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding Balances.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and active mobile telephone number. You must update this information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pr555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

pr555 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

All Account Balances are held and transacted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). pr555 does not hold Player funds in any foreign currency, and no currency conversion fees are charged at the point of deposit or withdrawal.

Deposits. pr555 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within five (5) minutes during standard banking hours (Monday to Saturday, 08:00–21:00 WIB). Deposits initiated outside these hours may take longer to process due to interbank settlement schedules.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. pr555 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pr555 accepts no responsibility. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): typically within 15 minutes during banking hours; up to 3 business days in exceptional circumstances.
• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): typically within 5–10 minutes at all hours.

KYC Requirement. All Players must successfully complete the KYC verification process before their first withdrawal is approved. KYC documents required include a government-issued photo ID (national identity card / KTP, passport, or driver's licence) and, where requested, proof of address. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is completed will be held in a pending state until verification is finalised.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account is held by a person other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and the Account being reviewed for compliance.

pr555 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses and promotions are governed by the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in each promotion.
• Time limits: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the automatic forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds upon expiry.
• Maximum bet rule: While active Bonus Funds remain in your Account, individual bets may not exceed Rp 500.000 (or the amount stated in the specific promotion terms). Bets exceeding this limit placed while Bonus Funds are active may be voided, and associated winnings forfeited.
• One bonus per household / IP address: Promotional offers are limited to one per registered Player, household, device, and IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sporting event, casino game, or live dealer product. These rules are accessible within each game or market and are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

pr555 offers sports betting across a wide range of markets, including but not limited to BRI Liga 1 football, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, FIFA World Cup qualifiers, badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), and e-sports titles including Mobile Legends MPL and PUBG Mobile.

The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets:

• A bet is deemed accepted only once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued to the Player.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. pr555 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of an obvious error in the odds offered — including but not limited to manifest pricing errors, system faults, or data feed failures — pr555 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players.
• Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport, as published on the Platform.

For casino and live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe, the rules of each individual game govern the outcome of play. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be declared void and all stakes returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts, whether individually or in coordination with third parties.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, technical errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not explicitly authorised by pr555.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of collusion with other Players, platform operators, or sports participants.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pr555 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the pr555 brand name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, software, source code, databases, game content, graphic designs, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of pr555 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without our express prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pr555 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

pr555's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pr555 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may occur, and pr555 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime.

pr555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is suspected;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity is associated with the Account;
• Compliance with a legal obligation, regulatory instruction, or court order requires such action; or
• The continued operation of the Account poses a financial, reputational, or legal risk to pr555.

Upon permanent Account closure for reasons attributable to Player misconduct, any Balance remaining in the Account — including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited at pr555's discretion following an internal review. Where closure is initiated by pr555 without cause attributable to the Player, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within ten (10) business days.

You may request closure of your own Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal terms; Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon closure.

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy.

In summary, pr555 collects personal data that is necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations, deliver customer support, and improve the Platform experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pr555 is incorporated. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause shall limit pr555's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

pr555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it substantively affects your rights or obligations as a Player — we will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via an in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with a proposed change, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.
